The disc dryer is a multi-layer fixed hollow heating circular loading tray, rotary rake stirring, vertical continuous drying equipment mainly based on heat conduction, developed by continuously improving a series of advanced technologies on the basis of intermittent stirring and conduction dryer. This drying process involves passing a heat carrier into each hollow disk layer, indirectly heating the wet material placed on the disk surface through thermal conduction. Under the scraping action of the rotating rake blades, the moisture in the constantly moving and rolling material evaporates at the operating temperature, and its vapor is discharged with the equipment exhaust gas, thus continuously obtaining qualified dried products at the bottom of the equipment. In recent years, many countries have widely applied it in fields such as chemical engineering, dyes, pesticides, plastics, pharmaceuticals, and food, constantly improving and enhancing its use. Compared with traditional drying equipment, it has the advantages of high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, uniform drying, good product quality, small footprint, fewer auxiliary equipment, less pollution, continuous production, convenient operation, and wide applicability.
